New to the Market - QR Codes make the service easier

Since 8/1/2015, sera pumps have a sticker containing information including the CE symbol, EAC logo (TR certification), and the words “Made in Germany”. The sticker for standard pumps will also have a QR code.

The QR codes will make servicing easier for operators. By scanning the factory-specific code with a QR code reader on a cell phone or tablet, the user will be directed to a service portal where the following information can be downloaded:

• Service contact              
• User’s manuals               
• Product information                    
• Article text                                  
• Data sheets                                 

This allows the operator to call up any information that he or she may need as he or she stands at the pump in order to answer service questions, deal with malfunctioning, or answer questions on how to operate the device without having to leaf through a binder. You can also use the portal online.
