COMPRESSED AIR DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
Compressed air diaphragm pumps are cost-effective, leakage-free positive displacement pumps. They have two diaphragms linked by a connecting rod. Compressed air is supplied alternately to the air chambers behind the diaphragms through an air control valve, so that one diaphragm is pushed forward while the other is pulled back (pressure/suction stroke). The special design of the air control valve ensures that the pumps can always be started up safely and there are no inconvenient downtimes. The valve balls open and close with the stroke rhythm of the diaphragms.

SCREW SPINDLE PUMPS
Because of their very large speed range, screw spindle pumps can be used both to convey viscous products and simultaneously as CIP cleaning pumps. Double screw spindle pumps are high-performance units which are becoming increasingly popular in the food sector in particular.
ADVANTAGES AT A GLANCE
• Maximum flexibility thanks to a very high range of rotational speed: highly viscous and thin products and CIP cleaning with just one pump
• Low-shear and gentle product pumping – even lumpy products – through axial pumping with no change of direction
• Virtually pulsation-free – ideal pumping characteristics
• Very good suction performance
• Maximum hygiene with form rings, high surface quality (RA < 0.8 μm) and a design with no dead space
• Very good cleaning and sterilisation capacity thanks to optimal flushing channels, CIP / SIP-compatible
• Wear-free operation thanks to contactless pumping elements

CUSTOMISED HIGH-PRESSURE PUMPS AND HIGH-PRESSURE UNITS
We make complete high-pressure units and/or pump-motor units to meet customers’ needs. If you order a complete solution from us (e.g. pumps – nozzle – control unit), all system components (pump unit, control system, nozzles, fittings) are coordinated and thoroughly tested in our factory before delivery. In this way, you can ensure that all components are working properly on commissioning and deliver the desired results.

STANDARD HIGH-PRESSURE UNITS AND HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANERS
Mobile and stationary high-pressure cleaners for continuous operation.
Our units have been specially designed for industrial use. Their compact design saves a lot of space. With our integrated electrical control system, devices are ready for connection. A very long service life is achieved for wear parts by using high-quality components.
ADVANTAGES AT A GLANCE
• Suitable for 24-hour operation
• Suitable for service water
• Can be run dry
• Very long service life for wear parts
ELECTRICAL PRESSURE TESTING DEVICES
The device is ready for operation with a filled tank. The device can be started and stopped with the protective motor switch. The pressure in the test block is raised slowly by turning the handwheel on the pressure control valve until the test pressure required is reached. The pressure can be read on the integrated manometer. When the test pressure is reached, the device is stopped by actuating the protective motor switch. The pressure that has been generated is maintained by the check valve installed in the test block, until the pressure relief valve (needle valve) is opened.

ECCENTRIC WORM PUMPS
Thanks to their modular structure and robust design, our eccentric worm pumps are just as suitable for applications in the hygiene sector as for the chemical, dye, paint and paper industries. The pump is also ideal for other sectors of industry in which gentle, low-pulsation pumping is important. Material selection, structural arrangement of the O rings and surface quality are also available in accordance with EHEDG guidelines as an alternative. A particular feature of these eccentric worm pumps is their use of EvenWall® technology. The stator jacket is adapted to the inner contour of the elastomer and provided with an even elastomer coating that is 4 to 12 mm thick. This delivers significantly higher pressure stability.
