Defoamer dosing - precise, reliable, customised

This customised system includes storage tanks, dosing, measurement technology and electrical engineering - designed precisely to the customer's requirements.
The sera Group's internationally networked engineering team develops every defoamer dosing system as a customised complete solution in which function, safety and efficiency are perfectly coordinated - all from a single source.

Mobile preparation and dosing station for the chemical industry - flexible and safe

The mobile platform system has a 100-litre dosing tank with agitator, level measurement and all necessary fittings.
A centrifugal pump enables the chemical to be transferred safely to the customer process, while a drip tray collects potential leaks.
Thanks to integrated switch units for on-site operation, the system offers maximum flexibility and safety in daily use.

Pressure booster system for AdBlue in the automotive industry - precise and robust

This dosing system for AdBlue (urea) was specially developed for use in the automotive industry.
Two pumps of type MK/MF/MK410.2-1450e, each with three pump heads, ensure a maximum delivery rate of 4,350 l/h per pump with particularly low pulsation.
Thanks to the integrated diaphragm valves and ball valves, safe operation and easy maintenance are guaranteed at all times.

Dosing containers for sodium phosphate - robust and reliable

The dosing container is specially designed for use in salty ambient air and has a special corrosion-resistant paint finish.
An integrated air conditioning system ensures constant temperatures in the interior, while the dosing system with multi-layer diaphragm pumps guarantees maximum precision, safety and reliability during operation.

Preparation and dosing system for polymer solutions in closed containers - compact and fully automated

The weather-protected and thermally insulated container system is equipped with heating, lighting and ventilation and contains a 3-chamber PolyLine Flow 2000 S polymer continuous flow system.
A dry material feeder with a 200-litre storage container enables precise dosing of the dry polymer material, while two progressive cavity pumps with frequency converters reliably convey the ready-to-use polymer solution.
The entire unit is operated via a central control cabinet with PLC control and programmed to customer specifications - for maximum efficiency and ease of use.

Stainless steel pipework, combined with a pressure gauge and pulsation damper, ensures quiet, safe and efficient operation - even under extreme ambient conditions.

Dosing system in a safety cabinet - safe, compact and flexibly customisable

This modular dosing system is designed for dosing external carbon sources such as methanol, ethanol, acetic acid or glycol.
Thanks to its fully modular design, it can be easily adapted to individual process requirements.
For use with flammable liquids, the system is designed in accordance with the ATEX directive and therefore fulfils the highest safety standards.
The compact design, optional pump versions, piping made of PVC-U, PP, PVDF or stainless steel, as well as a mounting panel with drip tray and leak probe make the system particularly space-saving, safe and easy to maintain.

When mixing caustic soda from solids, the exothermic reaction generates temperatures of up to 95 °C.
The sera CausticPrep has been specially developed so that users can add caustic soda flakes safely and conveniently from a safe distance.

The stainless steel container is filled via a screw conveyor, which transports the material from a hopper into the preparation container.
The safety of the operating personnel is reliably guaranteed by the spatial separation from the hot area.

Depending on requirements, batching tank sizes from 1 m³ to 5 m³ are available.
The system impresses with its high-quality stainless steel components, precise dosing and practical details such as a fill level indicator, electric agitator, temperature monitoring and bag emptying with a screw conveyor.
Suction devices, transfer stations and storage containers are optionally available - for maximum flexibility in operation.

Dissolving and dosing solids - flexible, robust and reliable

This system was developed for the preparation and dosing of solids such as calcium chloride (CaCl₂) or calcium sulphate (CaSO₄).
It combines a sophisticated tank design with high-quality, heat- and suspension-resistant components to ensure reliable and efficient processing.

The batching tank has a bag chute, manual water addition, a PP conical bottom tank for complete residual emptying, an electric agitator and an adjustable capacitive level indicator.
The receiver tank is also equipped with manual water addition, conical bottom, agitator and level indicator and enables easy rinsing and further processing of the solution.

The system therefore offers a safe, maintenance-friendly and flexible solution for a wide range of applications in chemical and industrial process engineering.

Storage containers and dosing from a single source - safe, precise and practice-orientated

Wherever large quantities of chemicals are processed - for example in large breweries or dairies - sera dosing systems ensure safe withdrawal and precise dosing of the media over long pipework distances.

The storage tanks, with heights of up to 5 metres, are integrated into collection trays, which means that they can only be removed from above.
A siphon vessel at the highest point of the tank and a suction aid ensure smooth operation and reliable product flow.
Supplemented by pulsation dampeners and flow measurement, the system offers maximum safety, accuracy and operating efficiency - perfectly tailored to demanding industrial applications.
