Data processing on our website

We process your data on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other laws relevant to us under data protection law.

General collection of data

When you access our website or retrieve a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our web server. In particular, the following data may be stored

To embed videos, we use YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland. The legal basis for embedding the videos is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR. Accordingly, a connection to YouTube is only established after clicking on "View video". The next time you visit the website, you will be asked for your consent again.

As soon as you start a YouTube video on this website, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
