sera receives the PLUS X AWARD for high customer satisfaction

sera has been awarded the PLUS X AWARD for ‘High Customer Satisfaction 2026/2027’ . This is based on a nationwide consumer survey conducted by the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation on behalf of the PLUS X AWARD.

We are particularly delighted to receive this award, as our customers’ satisfaction does not stem from any single aspect of our business. At sera, consultancy, project planning, production and service are all interlinked and work together to provide our customers with reliable support.

We therefore see this award above all as recognition of the day-to-day work of our colleagues – and as an incentive to continue listening carefully, working reliably and developing suitable solutions together with our customers.
