iSTEP M, intelligent diaphragm pump for demanding dosing tasks
The sera
iSTEP S combines an intelligent drive concept with the precision of a
diaphragm dosing pump and sets standards in terms of reducibility and
reliability.
Thanks to
the variable speed adjustment and a performance range of 0.02...50 l/h at
10...3 bar, the possible applications are almost unlimited.
It is intuitive to operate, durable and particularly suitable for demanding dosing tasks.

Structure and function
The drive unit of the iSTEP M consists of a microprocessor-controlled electric motor coupled with a precise eccentric drive in a robust plastic housing. sera housings and base rings meet all requirements and, thanks to their material, are also resistant to chemical attack.
The flow rate can be adjusted manually or continuously via signals. An adjustment range of 1:1000 can be achieved. The flow rate is controlled via the stroke speed.
